Training Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to training courses booked with 4ARMED.

They should be read in conjunction with our general terms and conditions found at

1. Booking

1.1 Bookings can be made via our online booking system (hosted on Eventbrite) or over the phone.

1.2 A booking confirmation email shall be sent to the email address of the person making the booking.

1.3 Tickets will be issued via Eventbrite. No other tickets shall be valid. Delegates must present their Eventbrite tickets for scanning in paper or electronic form on the first day of training.

2. Payment

2.1 Payment must be received in full prior to the training course. Delegates for whom payment has not been received shall be refused entry.

2.2 Payments online are handled securely via Eventbrite's credit card processing.

2.3 Payments can be made via direct bank transfer if preferred.

3. Cancellation

3.1 The following cancellation fees apply:

Less than 2 weeks 100%

3.2 Delegates may transfer a registration to another delegate at no cost at any time prior to the training course, subject to the new delegate meeting the prerequisites of the course. Please contact 4ARMED to arrange this or conduct via Eventbrite.

3.3 Registrations may be transferred to a different date within six months of the original booking's course date subject to availability and prior approval by 4ARMED. 4ARMED reserves the right to charge a £100 + VAT administration fee to cover costs associated with transfer.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 4ARMED retains copyright, intellectual property and all other rights over the course materials and labs used within the course. Delegates may be issued with materials for use after the course. It is expressly forbidden to copy, disclose, sell or hire any materials provided including for the use in company internal training.

5. Your responsibilities

5.1 At all times, the booking organisation or individual has sole responsibility for determining the suitability of the delegates being booked to the training course being booked. 4ARMED cannot be held responsible for delegates who are not prepared both in terms of ability and equipment and such delegates may in extreme situations, and at 4ARMED's sole discretion, be asked to leave the training course if the lack of suitability affects the other delegates. No refund can be given for such an event.

5.2 Internet access may be provided during the course. Delegates must not use this to conduct illegal activity, view pornographic or other unsuitable material or perform disruptive network activity such that it affects the ability of other delegates to utilise the connection. Delegates abusing this rule shall be removed from the course at 4ARMED's sole discretion and shall not be eligible for a refund in part or in full.
